Really good Stay in Central Location

The room was clean and well-equipped. I found the kitchen perfect for preparing simple meals. The location is close to public transportation. I could walk to the Frankfurt Main Train station in 12 minutes. The Main river is just a two-minute walk away. It allowed for easy strolling and enjoying the scenery.
The computers were down . I never received my deposit back immediately. I am still waiting to hear about its return.

Superb Stay with Excellent Amenities!

I enjoyed the spacious 1-bedroom apartment on the 13th floor. It featured a nice river view. The spa area was great, with great facilities available for relaxation. I found Kristof at the reception very helpful. He provided quick assistance and directions. Breakfast was awesome (especially the pastries!).
The air conditioning in my room seemed to struggle a bit, it did not function as well as I expected.

The front desk staff members, Fernando and Mario, offered great assistance, providing directions and help with luggage storage. Negash, the waiter, ensured our breakfast service started , with prompt beverage refills and personalized attention.

i loved how close the hotel was to everything! i could easily walk to the river and the city center. the staff was friendly and even upgraded my room, so cool! the apartment was big and super clean. plus, the quiet neighborhood.
the phone in the room did not work. i think it might just be there for decoration.

Acceptable Stay with Some Shortcomings

I wasn't completely satisfied with my room. Basic amenities were absent. There was no tea or coffee replenishment after the first day. A firmer pillows really are needed. I also noticed that the phone did not connect to housekeeping. My husband had to go downstairs whenever assistance was needed.
